The water treatment plant is considered as a new space combining the service of cleaning water and education. The plant will be visitable and it will be possible to understand the process of cleaning water and its importance for the environment.
Because the plant is, in fact, a filter at a territorial scale (it filters the water) the complex is understood also as an architectonical filter, between inside and outside, filtering light and filtering internal spaces.
