The Project was based on the ‘combined modularity’ between types of high-quality housing and between social and free-purchase housing without this implying an appreciable difference on the whole. With the maximum standards of modulation of the building and the constructive solutions, the proposal creates a human and pleasant environment that takes full advantage of the characteristics of the place, the sunny orientation, and the sea views.

At the same time, a succession of interior courtyards is proposed for collective use and to focus on civic activities and human relations between the inhabitants.
