Office building in Cali, Colombia

The City Council of Santiago de Cali is required to optimize the space for a central archive so that it will safeguard documentary heritage of each agency, department and decentralized administrative entity that are stored in different places.

The building, close to the main office building of the Municipality in Cali tries to express the important change that this city of Colombia is doing at the beginning of our century. It will be a new landmark and the first of a new generation of buildings in Cali.
